2. Use of Service

Aivry provides tools and services powered by AI. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.

3. User Accounts

You may use Aivry with a guest account or sign in with Apple or Google. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activities performed through it.

4. Digital Purchases

Coins and other digital items purchased in the mobile app are processed through the App Store or Google Play. Store rules govern payment, billing and eligible refunds. Digital items have no cash value outside Aivry.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the service in any way that violates applicable laws.
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained in Aivry.
• Interfere with or disrupt the security of the application.

6. Intellectual Property

All original content, features, and functionality of Aivry are the exclusive property of the developer and are protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. In no event shall Aivry or its developers be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service.
